Jesse Hernandez, Director of Educational Talent Search, has made a powerful impact in his first year through strong leadership, deep community commitment, and an unwavering dedication to student success. A Bowie High School graduate and lifelong advocate for educational equity, Jesse has supported students from a young age through nonprofit work, GEAR UP, and now ETS. Under his leadership, the ETS team has doubled in size, expanded its reach, and increased scholarship opportunities for students at Bowie and Jefferson High Schools. Known for his professionalism, positivity, and ability to unite others, Jesse continues to strengthen community ties through his involvement with the Bowie Alumni Association. His leadership, service, and passion make him truly deserving of this recognition.
